How to Order your Window Shutters with Uber Concepts Ltd
This is the process for ordering and an explanation of how we work including measuring for indoor shutters and payment options.
Initial Shutter Survey
A client contacts us by phone or email to outline the project. We will visit you at your home to discuss your ideas and requirements.
David will discuss frame styles, louvre sizes, colours and opening configuration. Manufacturing sizes will be taken and architectural influences will be taken into consideration to produce an interpretation of your requirements. This process is the most important stage where colour and configuration of the opening shutters is vital from an interior design point of view. Please note that all plantation shutters are manufactured to size and can not be installed in any other house.
From placing an order delivery times will take approx. 9 weeks as all shutters are made to measure.
David will install your custom made shutters personally to the highest standards.
Once the shutter design and colour has been agreed and a contractual price has been approved, a 50% deposit is required to proceed with the order. On delivery of the shutters to our premises we will contact you to agree a suitable installation date and a further 25% is payable.
Final payment is made when your project is complete, inspected and you are totally satisfied.
